ComeSeeBuy B2B service terms

1. Parties and scope

ComeSeeBuy is provided by UAB „Verslo titanas“, company code 304554181, registered office at Vilkpėdės g. 9-100, LT-03157 Vilnius, Lithuania. The service is for businesses and their authorised personnel, not personal consumer use.

2. Service

ComeSeeBuy helps recognise supported purchase comments on an authorised Facebook Business Page, handle duplicate delivery, create a product reservation and provide a cart link. A comment or automated reply alone is not proof of payment and does not guarantee a completed transaction.

3. Plan and payment

The launch plan is €49/month, excluding VAT or applicable taxes, for one workspace and one Facebook Business Page. No sales commission applies. The subscription period, payment date and renewal are confirmed at order time; the customer may cancel a future period before it begins. Price versions and changes are handled transparently without retroactive fees.

4. Not included

Individual advertising services, marketing training, consultancy and agency administration of a merchant’s Page are not part of the ComeSeeBuy subscription.

5. Merchant responsibilities

• have authority to connect and act for each Page;
• provide accurate product, stock, price, tax, delivery and return information;
• follow Meta terms and applicable consumer, privacy, tax and trade law;
• not sell unlawful, prohibited, dangerous or misleading goods;
• review exceptions and fulfil and support its own customer orders.

6. Acceptable use

Users must not bypass security, gain unauthorised access, send spam, misuse personal data, impersonate others or interfere with the service. Access may be limited to protect users, Meta assets, the system or legal compliance.

7. Data

Personal data is handled under the privacy policy. When ComeSeeBuy acts as the merchant’s processor, a data-processing agreement applies before production use. The merchant remains responsible for its buyer notice and lawful basis.

8. Availability and changes

Early-access functions may be limited or change. We aim for reasonable reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, sales volume, conversion or profit. Material changes receive a new effective date and, where required, notice to the customer.

9. Liability

To the extent mandatory law permits, UAB „Verslo titanas“ is not responsible for merchant products, representations, delivery, refunds, taxes or payment processing, or for indirect losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Meta

ComeSeeBuy is independent and is not a product, partnership or endorsement of Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Messenger marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Termination and contact

The customer may cancel a future subscription period and disconnect its Page. Data handling after termination is described in the privacy policy and deletion instructions. Questions: info@comeseebuy.com.
