How to request deletion of ComeSeeBuy data

1. Email info@comeseebuy.com.
2. Use the subject ComeSeeBuy data deletion request.
3. Identify the relevant Facebook Page, ComeSeeBuy account or cart-link reference only to the extent needed to locate the record. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card information.

Identity verification

We may request proportionate evidence of authority so another person cannot delete your or a merchant’s data without permission.

What happens next

After verification, eligible data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised without undue delay, normally within 30 days. Limited-use backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. Records required by law or for legal claims are isolated and used only for that purpose.

Disconnect Facebook access

You can also remove ComeSeeBuy in your Facebook account’s Business Integrations or app settings. Disconnecting stops future access but does not replace a request concerning data already lawfully retained.
